      1. Lady Anne Grey, mar John de Grey, 8th Baron Grey de Wilton and had issue.

mar 2ndly, 1415, to Joan de Astley [dau of William de Astley, 4th Baron Astley],
he died 1440, age c.78 yrs,
Joan died 1448,
had issue by 2nd wife:

1. Sir Edward Grey, born c.1415-16.
