David Lindsay, 1st Earl of Crawford (see here and here),
mar 1380 to Catherine (or Elizabeth) Stewart [dau of Robert II, King of Scotland and descendant of Henry I],
had issue:

1. Alexander Lindsay, 2nd Earl of Crawford, had issue:
   1. David Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Crawford, had issue:
      1. Alexander Lindsay, 4th Earl of Crawford, had issue:
         1. Elizabeth Lindsay, mar John Drummond, 1st Lord Drummond and had issue:
            1. Elizabeth Drummond (also here),
               mar George Douglas, Master of Angus and had issue.

   
   

2. William Lindsay, of Cairney, born est c.1390,
   [Leslie, 1869] says he is son of 1st Earl of Crawford, but this is apparently not confirmed elsewhere,
   if not true it would wipe out Janet Lumsden's Royal descent (but her husband has better Royal descents),
   had issue:
   1. Euphemia Lindsay,
      mar [his 3rd wife] Sir William Leslie, 4th Baron of Balquhain,
      and had issue:
      1. Magdalen Bessie Leslie,
         mar John Forbes and had issue.
