living Forres, Moray, N Scotland (E of Inverness), as at 1873,
Elizabeth died 1882, Forres, age 42 yrs, at or shortly after childbirth,
had issue by 1st wife:

1. Henry John Noltie, born 18th Feb 1861, Dumfries,
   census of (5th Apr) 1891 has him living at home at Hillview, High St, Forres, age 30, listed as "general merchant", must be same business as his father,
   mar 25th Jan 1894, Killearn, N of Glasgow, to Helen Buchanan,
   reported his father's death 1903, then living 1 Mosset Place, Forres [GRO.Scot],
   died 5th Feb 1951, age 89 yrs,
   had issue:
   1. Edward Teasdale Noltie, born 7th Mar 1897, 5 Bogton Place, Forres, had issue:
      1. Helen Noltie.
   2. Ian Neilson Robertson Noltie, born 16th Apr 1903, 1 Mosset Place, Forres.

2. Elizabeth Noltie,
   Elizabeth Agnes Noltie, Lizzie, born 23rd Nov 1873, Forres,
   census of (5th Apr) 1891 has her at St.Giles, Edinburgh, age 17,
   died 5th Aug 1949, 7 Heath St, Toronto, Canada, age 75 yrs.

3. Edward Teasdale Noltie, born 1882, Forres,
   died 1922, Dumfries, age 40 yrs.

mar 2ndly, 13th Feb 1884, Loanhead, nr Edinburgh, to Christina Robertson [born 1843, Killin (in the Highlands, to the N of Stirling), dau of Roderick Robertson and Eleanor Whitehead],
census of 1891 has them at Hillview, High St, Forres, him listed as "general merchant", her age 48, listed as "schoolmistress",
he died 16th Mar 1903, Gowan Lea, Forres, age 63 yrs, of "heart disease, dropsy, pneumonia" [GRO.Scot].
Christina died 1916, Cambusnethan, nr Motherwell, SE of Glasgow, age 73 yrs.
