In 1912 Edward Wren built this house at Rockaway at the beach.
It is where Ocean Promenade meets Beach 125th St (see map), house is on W side of Beach 125th St.
Wren family sold it 1930.
It opened 1930 as the Del Mar hotel.
It is now an old-age home, the Chai Home for Adults.
Address is 125-02 Ocean Promenade, Far Rockaway, NY 11694.
