she remarried in 1806,
had among other issue:

    mar Ann Hobson,
    he died 1835,
    his widow moved to Rochester, Kent, and re-married 1836 to Rev. John d'Urban,
    had issue:

    1. Thomas Aveling, inventor of the steam roller,
      born 1824 in Whittlesey,
      bapt 1 Nov 1824 at Elm, Cambridgeshire.

    2. Robert Aveling, born 1826, had issue:
      1. George Key Aveling, born 1854, had issue:
        1. Doris Aveling, born 1894, ancestor of:


  2. Mary Ann Aveling,
    bapt 6 Nov 1802 in Whittlesey,
    mar pre-1826 to Matthew Henry Crofts and had issue,
    he was farmer, of Tansor, Northamptonshire.
