She mar 1stly, 1411, to Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Worcester and had issue.
She mar 2ndly, 1423, to Richard Beauchamp, 5th Earl of Warwick and had issue.
She died 1439.

It says: "MEMENTOTE DOMINAE ISABELLAE LE DESPENSER COMETISSAE DE WARREWYK".
Translation: "Remember Lady Isabella Despenser, Countess of Warwick".

It says: "ET OBIIT LONDINIIS APUD MINORES ANNO DOMINI MCCCCXXXIX DIE SANCTI IOHANNIS EVANGELISTAE".
Translation: "and died in London at the Minories in Anno Domini 1439 on St.John the Evangelist's Day".
