Tomb of Sir Gilbert Gerard (died 1593) and his wife Ann Ratcliffe (died 1608).
Gerard Chapel, Church of St John the Baptist, Ashley, Staffordshire. See street view.
Their impressive tomb was completed about 1612 by their son Thomas Gerard, 1st Baron Gerard.
The 1st Baron Gerard (died 1618) to 6th Baron Gerard (died 1707) are also buried here. See plaque.

This may be Ratcliffe Gerard.
Though other sources say it is Gilbert Gerard, 2nd Baron Gerard.
