William Forbes Gibbon,
born 15 Dec 1800.
He went to India.
He mar 1stly to Jane More.
He had issue by 1st wife:

1. Thomas Mitchell Gibbon, born 1838.
   He is party to [Deed, 1864].
   He is described as "Indigo Planter" of Peeprah Factory, Tirhoot district, India.

He mar 2ndly to Elizabeth Boyson.
Child born in India in 1841. He is listed as "merchant".
Though later [Deed, 1864] describes him as late of Thurloe Square, South Kensington, London.
His will dated 17 June 1852, codicil 6 Aug 1852.
Death, 1853:
He died at sea, Aug 1853, age 52 yrs, "drowned on his passage from Melbourne" [Nigg Bay memorial]. This would be Melbourne, Australia.
Name is on grave at Nigg Bay, though presumably not buried there.
He had issue by 2nd wife:

3. Georgina Gibbon,
