He mar 1stly to Elizabeth Beauchamp [born 16 Dec 1415, descendant of Edward III].
She was de jure Baroness Abergavenny (or Baroness Bergavenny).
She died 18 June 1447, age 31 yrs.
She was bur at the Carmelites, Coventry.

He inherited her family title of Baron Abergavenny (or Baron Bergavenny). He is sometimes numbered the 1st Baron Abergavenny, but more usually the 3rd Baron.
He mar 2ndly [dispensation 15 Oct 1448] to Catherine Howard [born c.1414].
He was summoned to Parliament in 1450 as "Edwardo Nevyll de Bergavenny", which recognised his title.
He died 18 Oct 1476, age c.59 yrs.
He had issue by 1st wife:

1. George Neville, 4th Baron Abergavenny,
   born 1440.
