or Rodger, born 1822.
He mar 27 Feb 1854 to Anne Frewen [or Nancy, or Frewin, or Frew].
At mar she is listed as of Rossbog, Clonbeg par, Co.Tipperary S.R. (S of Tipperary town, near Co.Limerick border).
They mar in Galbally and Aherlow RC par, SW of Tipperary town (part in Co.Tipperary, part in Co.Limerick).
Listed at son's bapt 1855 at Moneynaboola, Clonbeg par, Co.Tipperary S.R. (W of Rossbog, SW of Tipperary town).
Listed at dau's bapt 1860 at Moanmore, Emly par, Co.Tipperary S.R. (SW of Tipperary town, on Co.Limerick border).
Listed at dau's bapt 1864 at Moneynaboola.
Listed at dau's mar 1892 at Rathneaveen (N of Tipperary town), Tipperary par, Co.Tipperary S.R. Both parents alive.

Anne died 1892-1900.
Roger died 15 Sept 1900, at daughter's house, Ardnagassane, age 78 yrs. See death cert from here.
No Kiely is found in Rathneaveen in 1901 census.
They had issue:

1. Fr. Denis Kiely,
   bapt 24 Jan 1855, Galbally and Aherlow RC par, sp Robert Frewen and Mary Gallaher.
   He founded St. Ann RC Parish, Plattsburg, Missouri, USA.

   
   

2. Mary Kiely,
   Mary A. Kiely, or Maria.
   1911 census says born Co.Tipperary. She would be born at Moanmore, Co.Tipperary, on Co.Limerick border. 1901 census says born Co.Limerick.
   She was bapt 5 May 1860, Emly RC par, Co.Tipperary, sp Timothy Mcgrath and Hanora Hanley.
   Her mar cert 1892 says she is then living with parents at Rathneaveen, near Tipperary town.
   She mar 7 January 1892 to George Furlong and had issue.

3. Margaret Kiely,
   bapt 18 June 1864, Galbally and Aherlow RC par, sp Michael O'Neill and Margaret Frewen.
