William Ryan,

 Eviction of William Ryan, 1854:

 [Fred Faulkner]
thinks William was the last Ryan in Newross,
and was evicted
by the landlord
Bolton Waller
apparently
in 1854.

Fred Faulkner
found a note added to the Ryan (Tim) entry in
"The Rateable Valuation lists of 1850",
saying:
"4.00 a.m. March 1854 - Bolton".
This
ties in with a story that the Ryans were evicted in the middle of the night.

It is thought that after William
was evicted in 1854, he went to join (his probable nephew)
Mickey Tim Ryan
who was already living
 at Ahane/Cully.

Research involves travel and many expenses.
  Some research "things to do"
are not done for years, because I do not have the money to do them.
