    He died 1927.
    He had issue by 1st wife:


    1. Maurice Fitzmaurice Hurly,
      born 1898,
      of Glendalough, Caragh Lake, Co.Kerry.
      He inherited the Ms of "Black Jack's Book".


    2. Vera Geraldine Hurly, born 1900.
      She mar 1924 to Major Webb Temple.
      He was KIA by the Japanese at Hong Kong in 1941.
      She was living in 1958 at 118 Shorncliffe Rd, Folkestone.
