Conway of Dublin

Conway of Dublin,
and later of
  Cloghane (or Clahane), Co.Kerry.

 The origin of Conway of Dublin and Cloghane
Elizabeth Roe, whose mother was Conway of Co.Kerry
(family originally of Wales),
married into a family of Conway of Dublin.

Whether the two Conway families are related has been much debated.
See discussion of the ancestry of this family in:

There were claims that this family is related to
 Sir Fulke Conway
or

John Conwy of Bodrhyddan.
But this seems to be unproved.
In contrast,  researchers at Wikitree
have constructed a
Dublin ancestry for James Conway,
using primary sources.
