    mar 1stly to Anne Ferrers,
    mar 2ndly to Maud Bassett [dau of Ralph Bassett],
    died 1323,
    had issue by 2nd wife:


    1. Roger Grey, 1st Baron Grey de Ruthyn,
      mar Elizabeth Hastings [descendant of Henry I],
      had issue:

      1. Reynold Grey, 2nd Baron Grey de Ruthyn,
        died 1388,
        had issue:

        1. Reynold Grey, 3rd Baron Grey de Ruthyn, born c.1362.
