Sketch for monument for 10th Earl (died 1794).
The monument actually built was fairly similar but with different inscription.
From WSHC 2057/F1/15. See larger and full page.
In the full page, there is a sketch for a monument for the 11th Earl's 1st wife Elizabeth Beauclerk (died 1793). This monument was built more or less identical.
The two sketches would be made c.1794.
