 Proof of our link
Our family (Ryan and Humphrys) descends from a

  Margaret Hourigan,
but
had lost knowledge of who she was.
No one connected her to Hourigan of Annagh.

Here is the proof that our family
descends from the Hourigan family of Annagh as above.

Extract from my
 offline Ryan tree in 1992.
Our family thought that our Hourigan was related to
Hourigan who married Lane,
which is true,
but we were wrong about where both came from.
Extract from my online Ryan tree in early Dec 2022.
I still know almost nothing. And I am wrong about where the Hourigans are from.

Extracts from the
	 [Hourigan Tree].
In Dec 2022, I was sent this tree and it
   proves the link.
Some things are inaccurate, but this
clearly refers to the family of our
 Tim Ryan and Margaret Hourigan.
And we also have the following:
-
Tim Ryan in 1818 witnesses the marriage of
 (would be his sister-in-law)
 Catherine Hourigan of Annagh above.

 - Margaret Hourigan
 in 1827
sponsors the baptisms of (would be her nephew)
Edmond Hourigan of The Hill.

 - Various of the Hourigan siblings above and their spouses
sponsor the baptisms of various Ryan children (their nieces and nephew).
 - Finally, the DNA matches
 totally prove it.
