William St. Clair, 6th Baron of Roslin.
There is a claim he descends from Robert II, Count of Dreux, descendant of Louis VI the Fat, King of France. But this is not generally supported.
He died 1297.
He had issue:


Henry St Clair, 7th Baron of Roslin.
He died 1331.
He had issue:


William St. Clair.
He joined a Scottish crusade to the Holy Land in Spring 1330.
He was killed fighting the Moors at the Battle of Teba, Spain, in Aug 1330.
He had issue:


  1. William St Clair, 8th Baron of Roslin.
    He mar Isabel of Orkney [descendant of David I, King of Scotland and of Henry I].
    They had issue:

    1. Henry Sinclair, 1st Earl of Orkney, born 1345,
      had issue:

      1. Henry Sinclair, 2nd Earl of Orkney,
        mar Egidia Douglas [descendant of Robert II, King of Scotland and of Henry I],
        had issue:

        1. Beatrix Sinclair,
          mar James Douglas "the Gross", 7th Earl of Douglas and had issue.


  2. Margaret Sinclair,
    mar Thomas Stewart, 2nd Earl of Angus and had issue.
